The Donald E. and Edithe L. Barclay Civil Engineering Scholarship
In order to be eligible for this scholarship students must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2.8 GPA
- Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
- Full-time enrollment (12 undergraduate credits)
- Preference is given to military veterans, and single parents
- Preference to those who graduated from the Boise School District
