In order to be eligible for this scholarship student must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Undergraduate
• Pursuing a major in Civil Engineering
• Plan to enroll full-time (12 undergraduate credits; 9 graduate credits)
• Idaho High School graduate
