The Kenneth and Dorothy King Memorial Scholarship

In order to be eligible for this scholarship students must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Pursing a History major
• Plans to teach history or social studies
• Graduate of the Boise Public School System
• Full-time enrollment (12 undergraduate credits, 9 graduate credits)

If you are pursuing a History degree and want to be considered for Department of History scholarships, you must complete the Department of History Scholarships Application and provide:

• Your unofficial transcript
• A letter stating why you have chosen to major in history
• How the study of history will fit into your long-term goals?
