H.M. (Hersh) Cummins, Jr. Memorial Scholarship

The H.M. (Hersh) Cummins, Jr. Memorial Scholarship is for students who plan to enroll full time (12 credits UGRD; 9 credits GRD), who have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate financial need. We can determine your financial need by the results of your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Preference will be given to a US citizen that has ties to the northwest United States and has a bloodline relative that served in the US Navy.
