Estella Zamora Scholarship

The Estella Zamora Scholarship was established in 2000 to honor Estella Zamora, a Canyon County human rights and political activist. Ms. Zamora was a founding member of the Canyon County Human Rights Task Force, serves as President of the Idaho Human Rights Commission and is serving on the board of the Northwest Coalition for Malicious Harassment. The Estella Zamora Scholarship honors her regional leadership in human rights issues.

In order to be eligible for this scholarship students must meet the following criteria:

  • Plan to enroll full-time (12 undergraduate credits)
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Undergraduate
