The Boise State Veteran Scholarship

In order to be eligible for this scholarship students must meet the following criteria:

  • Full-time enrollment (12 undergraduate credits, 9 graduate credits)
  • Minimum 2.0 GPA
  • Demonstrate financial need. We can determine your financial need by the results of your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
  • Idaho resident
  • Students must have earned at least 26 credits from Boise State to apply

Students must also meet one of the following options:

  • Were honorably discharged from the military, please attach your DD214 showing the condition of your discharge?
  • Are you a dependent of a veteran who is 100% permanently disabled please attach documentation from the VA?
  • Are you using Post 911 Transferred Benefits please attach a Certificate of Eligibility from the VA?
  • Are you a dependent of a Veteran who was not eligible to transfer you their GI Bill, please attach your parent’s DD214 or discharge paperwork?
