Women of BSU/Pat Bullington Scholarship

During the 1970s, inspired by Pat Bullington’s spirit and leadership, the faculty wives organization sponsored spring luncheons, Christmas bazaars, garage sales and other fund raisers that led to the establishment of an endowed scholarship fund. Later the organization changed its name to Women of Boise State University and Pat Bullington’s name is on the scholarship because of her significant fund raising efforts. Pat chaired the Women of BSU scholarship committee, was the first woman to serve on the Board of Directors of the Bronco Athletic Association and was the wife of Executive Vice President Richard Bullington.
