The URS College Connection COBE Scholarship (formerly, the Washington Group International Business & Economics Scholarship) was established in 2007 by the Washington Division of URS Corporation. The Washington Division of URS Corp Provides engineering, construction and technical services for environmental management, industrial process, infrastructure, mining and power projects.
