Tracy & Phillip James Endowed Business Scholarship

The Tracy and Phillip James Endowed Business Scholarship was established in 2009 by Phillip James in honor of his late wife Tracy James. Both Phillip and Tracy are Boise State graduates and wished to help others get degrees as well. While Tracy was attending BSU she interned at the Bureau of Reclamation and after working in several positions she finally achieved the position of Budget Manager for the Snake River Area Office. It was while working for the Bureau of Reclamation that she met and fell in love with Phil.
