Pamela and Jeff Casey Endowed Scholarship
The Pamela and Jeff Casey Endowed Scholarship was established in 2004. Jeff started his restaurant career at an early age as an assistant manager at a Taco Time. In 1970 he purchased his first Taco Time in Boise and throughout the ‘70s and ’80s owned and operated 10 Taco Time restaurants. In 1981 he opened his first sit-down restaurant, Cafe Ole. In 1985 he expanded by opening a Wendy’s in Twin Falls and then a Golden Corral in 2001. Jeff also owns and operates Casey’s Management Company, which handles the administration and accounting for restaurant concepts in Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Nevada. Jeff has been involved with the Downtown Boise Association, Idaho Botanical Gardens, Idaho Small Business Development Center, the Boise Convention and Visitors Bureau, Buy Idaho, and Boise State’s College of Business and Economics Advisory Council.
