Mary Kay & Hal Bunderson - Arthur Andersen Excellence in Accounting Scholarship

The Mary Kay and Hal Bunderson – Arthur Andersen Excellence in Accounting Scholarship was established in 1994. When Hal Bunderson announced his retirement as a partner of Arthur Andersen & Co., S.C. he was approached by both the President of Boise State and the Dean of the College of Business and asked to write a book that captured the business histories of some of Idaho’s great entrepreneurs. Hal’s extensive professional experience in advising entrepreneurs on how to solve and plan around their business problems, game him the requisite insight to effectively identify and present the business issues faced by these business people. When this book was published by Boise State, this scholarship was created.
