Larry Selland Leadership Scholarship

The Larry Selland Leadership Scholarship was established in 1993 in honor of the late Larry Selland. Dr. Selland served Boise State as dean, executive vice president, and interim president. During his time as interim president he secured funds for the Children’s Center, renovation of the Canyon County Center, additional student apartments and the acquisition of the Health Sciences Riverside building. Also, during his time, the State Board of Education approved Boise State’s first doctoral degree.
