LaMoyne E. Troy Welch Endowed Scholarship

The LaMoyne Troy Welch Endowed Education Scholarship was established in 2003 by the late LaMoyne Troy Welch. LaMoyne taught sixth grade in Boise schools for many years and through diligence received her bachelor’s in education from Boise State’s first graduating class as a four year school. She was a member of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society and was elected to the Idaho Retired Teachers Hall of Fame in 1981.
