John J. & Ethel C. Chapman Scholarship

The John J. & Ethel C. Chapman Scholarship was established in 1989 by the late Ethel Chapman in honor of her late husband John Chapman. John was a CPA and owner of the Mode Department Store in Boise in the late 1930s and 1940s. John was also one of the original fundraisers and supporters of Boise Junior College.
