Heidi Toomey Scholarship

The Heidi Toomey Scholarship was established in 1995 by Heidi and Phil Toomey. Heidi is a Boise State graduate and loved her time here. She was very impressed with the single parents in her classes and could see how hard they were working and how hard it was to make ends meet. This experience is what led them to establish a scholarship for single parents. For Mother’s Day 1995 Phil had the scholarship named in honor of Heidi.
