Frank Church Public Service Scholarship Fund

The Frank Church Public Service Scholarship Fund was created in recognition of Frank Church’s distinguished service as senator from 1957 to 1981. Senator Church was a dedicated and highly regarded public servant widely recognized for his accomplishments, especially as chairman of the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Select Committee on Intelligence.
