Dr. Willard M. Overgaard Political Science Endowment

The Dr. Willard M. Overgaard Political Science Endowment was established in 1988 by Willard Overgaard. Dr. Overgaard came to Boise State University in 1972 and during his time here he helped to organize and then chair the Department of Political Science, introduced an internship program for political science students, and designed then implemented the Master of Public Administration program. He also helped implement the State Executive Institute, was the co-founder and director of the Idaho Political Science Association, and was chief editor of the Idaho Journal of Politics.
