Bill Anderson Criminal Justice Scholarship

Bill Anderson Criminal Justice Scholarship

The Bill Anderson Criminal Justice Scholarship was established in 2008 by Linda Anderson in honor of her late husband William Anderson. William was an adjunct professor in the Criminal Justice Department at Boise State in the ’70s, a Canyon County commissioner, and served for a term as sheriff. He volunteered for organizations such as the Gem State Historical Society and the small theatre in Emmett. William is remembered by his family as a truly selfless and giving person who wanted to help others.
